Disappearing Nine Patch

Looks good, right? Not if you get close enough. First, there are two strips of neutral in there that don’t match the others. I’m not entirely sure how that happened. Second, it’s small and not square. I was pretty frustrated, but I tried again.

This was MUCH better. It’s the size it’s supposed to be and it’s square. I adjusted my quarter of an inch and did some slight squaring up after each piecing section. I’m much happier with the results, but this would be a pain to do over and over again, which is why it’s perfect for a bee!

    It’s strange sometimes how hard it is to get a 1/4″ seam. 🙁
