I Bake When I Have Good News

I wish I could tell you the good news, but I can’t yet. However, wait a couple of weeks and you will find out. Anyway, the day I got the news, I came home and I baked. A LOT.

Those are peanut butter and chocolate chip filled crescent rolls and Nutella filled crescent rolls. I found the stuffed crescent roll recipe on Pinterest. I love crescent rolls and I love filling them with stuff: ham and cheese; pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella; Nutella; cinnamon and sugar; and the list goes on…

And then I made cinnamon roll cake. Thanks again to Pinterest for this cake recipe. I’ve actually made this once before, but I totally forgot I had made it. It’s amazing!

These are caramel stuffed brownies. I actually found out about these from Food Gawker and the recipe is from Chocolate & Carrots.

See the caramel bubbling on the edges. It looks really good, but it made it really difficult to get the brownies out of the pan once it had hardened.

See the caramel? Mmmmmmm. My favorite dessert is brownies, so this is like heaven for me.

So, yeah. Three desserts. One night.
