I’m constantly organizing and re-organizing. I’m a very organized person. Type A to the core. Left brain dominant for sure.

The small storage section of my sewing room was getting pretty messy…again. Thanks to a Target gift card that was a Christmas gift (Thank you, Aunt Jeanne!!!), I was able to buy some storage bins to help me clean up my space.

I promise you, this is a lot better than it was before. The big bin is for batting, fleece, and muslin scraps. The chevron bin is for really nice solid and and print cotton scraps. The black wire bin has “other” scraps such as flannel…still for quilting, but not true quilting cotton. And the white wire bin is for apparel and misc scraps.

Once Andrew re-does his man cave, I’m supposed to be getting an additional shelving unit…I can’t wait to see what I can do with it. 🙂

Adequate storage is a priority in life. And having bins that you can see in is helpful too. You’ve done a great job organizing – you should check out Debbie’s storage area in her craft room. She has so much fun stuff, but it’s all categorized. Unfortunately the only area in my house like this is my Christmas storage area.
