I made another clothing item from the Ruby Dress pattern by Made by Rae. This time I used an Art Gallery cotton, Lace Elements, for the main part of the dress. I love the feel of Art Gallery cottons and I think the lace elements is so dainty and pretty. I used a cheap chambray for the yoke and I lined it again. If I ever make this again, I think I would modify the armholes to be a little bit larger. The yoke fits well in the shoulders, but the armholes are a little tight. But not tight enough that I’m uncomfortable enough to not wear it.
I wore this with tights, boots, and a belted cardigan the other day and it was super cute. I can’t wait to keep styling it for fall and winter and then wear it all spring and summer!

And the really cool outfits continue!
