I’ve posted before about the weekend long retreats I’ve had with my mom, my aunt, and our friends. At the last one, we were given a fat quarter and were told we had to make something with it to swap at the next time we get together. Well, that next time is coming up in September so I took my fat quarter and made an adorable sewing kit.
I used lots of pink here’s tutorial.
I love the little case for scissors.
Plus, it is so cute all folded up.
It’s even better when it’s filled with fun stuff! The special fat quarter is the cream and pink print. I don’t know the name of the game, but it’s where you choose a number and then number one can pick a present. If number two likes number one’s present, number two can steal it. Then number one has to pen another gift. The number three can steal either number one or number two’s present or open a new present, etc. It was a lot of fun and Marty ended up with mine after stealing it from somebody. 🙂
